Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Users may request cancellation of an order before the seller confirms or dispatches the product.
  • Once an order has been confirmed or shipped by the seller, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Cancellation requests must be raised through the app or website under the order section.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after verification of the cancellation or return request.
  • Approved refunds are credited back to the user’s in-app wallet.
  • Wallet refunds will reflect within 5–7 working days from approval.
  • Wallet balance does not earn interest and can be used only within the platform.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:
    • Damaged product
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Product significantly different from the description
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or details.
  • Acceptance of returns is subject to seller verification and approval.

Wallet & Withdrawal Terms

  • The in-app wallet is a closed-loop system usable only for transactions within CropBazar.
  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to another user.
  • Sellers may request withdrawal of wallet balance by providing valid bank or UPI details.
  • Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed and processed within T+2 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Orders successfully delivered and accepted by the user.
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the user.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances beyond platform control.

Platform Role

  • CropBazar acts as a technology platform connecting buyers and sellers.
  • The platform does not own, store, or directly ship products listed on the marketplace.
  • Refunds and returns are processed based on seller confirmation and platform policies.
